"Terrible support experience"
Absolutely the worst support I've ever encountered. Nobody responds to your emails or picks up the phone. I bought tickets back in 2019 and I'm still chasing my refund after they got canceled. I've even filed a claim with my bank. Apparently, they went through a different company to buy the tickets, and that company is just as unreachable. Now I'm stuck trying to get some answers from either side, but it’s like talking to a wall.

"Avoid Buying Tickets from Good Seats"
Back in February 2020, I bought tickets for a Gabriel Iglesias show. I waited patiently for the event to be rescheduled, which finally happened for October 14. On the day of the show, I had my original purchase email and pin number, but I kept getting an error when I tried to access my tickets. I went to the ticket help desk at the venue, and they informed me that my tickets had been resold. They told me to contact Good Seats for a refund. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks, holding on the line for over 30 minutes each time, only to hear a recording that promises a callback. Three calls, three promises, and still no word from them. I really need a refund for these tickets I can't use.

"The $50 service charge feels a bit steep..."
That $50 service charge feels a bit steep, but honestly, it was cheaper than a few other ticket buying websites I checked out.

"Purchased Tame Impala tickets and what a mess..."
I got tickets for Tame Impala in Atlanta, and let me tell ya, they never sent the tickets. Plus, I waited on hold for HOURS and they didn’t bother to reply to my emails or pick up the phone. Seriously, steer clear of this site. They’ll just take your money and leave you hanging without the tickets.

"Terrible Experience with Goodseats"
I bought 10 tickets for the Black Crows show in Woodlands, TX, and they were supposed to be all in one row. When the tickets finally arrived, 6 were in row W and 4 were in row T. I reached out via email and phone, but they didn’t fix the issue. On concert night, the box office informed me that the 4 tickets in row T were invalid. They told me to contact Goodseats to get proper tickets. But guess what? Goodseats never picks up their phone. I asked the box office if anyone else had checked into those seats, and they confirmed that they had. Turns out, the tickets I had for row T were sold multiple times. Now, I’m stuck buying 4 more tickets. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Goodseats through emails and calls, but they just ignore me. This has been the worst ticket-buying experience I’ve ever faced. I attend concerts several times a year, and I will never use Goodseats again. I’ve even filed a complaint with the BBB. I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort out the right tickets and now I’m after a refund for the bogus tickets I received. Seriously, STAY AWAY FROM “GOOD”SEATSTICKETS.

"No Signs of Assistance"
I purchased two tickets for a show that was set for September 2020. Naturally, it got canceled due to Covid. They gave me a voucher to use when the artist decided to reschedule their tour. I went ahead and used that voucher to buy tickets again.

My issue with good seats tickets is that you just CAN'T REACH ANYONE!!! The link to print my tickets was sent to a Gmail account that got hacked, and I can't access it anymore. The venue still insists on having a paper ticket for the concert. I've been trying to contact good seats for two weeks now, spending about 45 minutes on hold each time. I've pressed every button and tried every option, but I still can't get through to anyone. I've shot them about five emails, but no replies, so here I am, out $900. This is really frustrating.

"Frustrated by steep service charges..."
I'm really let down by the hefty service fee of $40.32 along with a $9.95 delivery cost just to send my tickets via email for transferring into Apple Wallet. This is absurd! Feels like I nearly paid for an extra ticket at that rate.

"Awful Ticket Reselling Experience"
Our concert featuring James Taylor, Brandi Carlisle, and Shawn Colvin at Fenway Park got canceled in 2020 because of COVID. We were given the option of a voucher worth 120% to use within a year or a full refund, minus delivery fees. Unfortunately, we missed the email that said we had just 12 hours to request a refund after Good Seats sent it. Seriously, TWELVE HOURS? So, we had to either buy tickets to something or kiss our $434.11 goodbye. We ended up using the voucher to grab two tickets for another show. The tickets from Good Seats cost us $149.80 after applying our voucher. Then, we got hit with a service fee of $160.64 and a delivery charge of $9.95 for the e-ticket. That brought the total to $238.48. All in all, we spent $672.59 for those two tickets. The face value for the General Admission tickets was just $46 each, or $50 at the door. We're really let down by this ticket reseller and won't be buying from Good Seats Tickets again.

"Not doing this again!!!"
This whole pandemic thing is unprecedented. The event has been pushed back three times now. We're just stuck waiting for a new date. Even Ticketmaster is giving refunds, but this company won’t budge on returning my money as long as they keep rescheduling. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. Honestly, I don’t care what your contract states. This is a pandemic, and you ought to make some exceptions. Clinging to the contract just because you can won’t earn you any customers down the line. I can promise you that. They suggested helping me sell my tickets for a lot less.

"Awful support from the customer service team"
The customer service is just plain terrible. They refuse to give us our money back, even though the event has been pushed back for the fourth time. The new date is nearly two years after when the original event was meant to happen. I’m done with them for good, and I suggest you go with a more trustworthy company!

"Avoid This Company!"
Seriously, steer clear of this place! Don’t fall into the trap I did. I purchased tickets well ahead of time with their insurance, but the concert got pushed back again and they refuse to give refunds. Plus, their customer service is totally swamped and doesn’t respond. While most companies have returned money to their customers, this one seems determined to hold onto your cash without any interest.

"Wouldn't Suggest This Service"
I purchased a ticket for a concert that got pushed back two times, and their customer support refuses to give a refund. It's a hassle just to get someone on the line, and when you do, they come off as rude and stressed out. Honestly, I regret ever buying from them. Plus, we got their insurance thinking it would help if we couldn't go, but it's pointless since they don't refund for postponed events either. You’ll end up wasting hours trying to sort things out, and that’s just not worth it when other companies handle refunds without any fuss.

"Complete Rip-off"
What a complete rip-off. Instead of actual tickets, I got screenshots of mobile ones. This means there’s no barcode, so I can’t sell them again. I tried contacting customer support several times, but no one got back to me...

The concert got pushed back because of COVID, which means I won’t get my money back, even though there’s no new date set and I’m not even sure if my tickets are legit. You should definitely check their BBB profile to see what others have gone through.

"SAVE YOUR CASH!!!!"
SAVE YOUR CASH!!!!! I purchased tickets from this site for the BTS concert in Dallas back in 2020. Turns out it was 'indefinitely postponed'. The insurance I got for the tickets was a total scam. I ended up losing over $350.00 on two tickets and can't even snag a partial refund. This company is definitely not worth it, and I'm gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau.
